Relocify puts finding a home remotely at the centre of its offer. Virtual viewings let you evaluate properties without being in the Netherlands. That is a useful proposition when travel is difficult or your start date is approaching.

Compare the full quote, not just the headline fee
Our individual search fee depends on the assignment and is discussed in the free consultation. Compare written quotes for the same city, household and level of help. A broader relocation package and a housing-only search are different purchases.
Ask what is included, whether VAT is included, when payment is due, what happens if the search stops, and which costs belong to third parties. Also confirm how many viewings are covered, who attends them, and whether help continues after you receive the keys. The useful comparison is the total cost of the help you will actually use.

Yes. Relocify promotes virtual viewings and remote signing. YEB can arrange video viewings while you are abroad. Confirm the exact process and handover arrangements with the provider you choose.
Does YEB guarantee an off-market home?
No. We search through our network as well as public opportunities. Availability, budget, household requirements and the landlord’s decision still determine what is possible.
Which service is cheaper?
We have not established a like-for-like price advantage. Ask both teams for a current written quote covering the same assignment, including VAT and any separate costs.
How should I compare the virtual viewing process?
Ask who visits the property, whether you can join live, what the recording covers and how follow-up questions are handled. Both teams support remote searches, so compare the details that help you make a decision.
How do I review suitable homes with YEB?
We send matching homes to your client portal. You indicate which properties you like, we request viewings, and your WhatsApp group provides daily contact with the team.
